Terms & Conditions:
1. Submissions will be open until 15 August 2025. This giveaway is a game of skill, and the winner will be selected based on the best video/photo submission showcasing ‘Australia’s biggest ugg fan’ against the criteria of originality, creativity and adherence to the brief.
2. The prize is as follows: ‘A year’s worth of uggs’
- One pair of sneakers and one pair of flats or sandals for spring and summer
- One pair of fluffy, warm UGG slippers for chilly autumn mornings
- One pair of stylish leather boots for spring or autumn
- Two pairs of UGG boots to stay cosy during the winter months
3. Open to Australian residents only, aged 18+ at the time of entry. Prizes will only be delivered to Australian addresses.
4. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the use of his/her name, image, and entry (including video/photo submissions) in any publicity, marketing, or promotional materials by Ugg Express. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
9. Winners will be selected by Ugg Express based on the best video/photo submission showcasing ‘Australia’s biggest ugg fan’ against the criteria of originality, creativity and adherence to the brief.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Ugg Express. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
