Q: Can you share a story about a woman who has inspired you in your career or life journey?
My former manager at Ugg Express has been a huge inspiration in my career. She wasn’t just a great leader—she was super passionate about fashion and our brand, and that energy was contagious. She showed me that it’s possible to be both a strong leader and compassionate. She always made sure to listen to her team, offer mentorship, and lead by example. What stood out the most was how she created an environment where women could excel. She taught me that leadership isn’t just about making decisions—it’s about inspiring others to believe in themselves.
Q: What do you love most about working at UGG EXPRESS?
What I love most about working at UGG EXPRESS is the sense of community and connection with customers. Every day, I get to meet so many incredible people from all walks of life, and it’s rewarding to help them find something that makes them feel both comfortable and stylish. The brand has a loyal following, and it’s fantastic to see the joy on customers’ faces when they find the perfect pair of Ugg boots or slippers that fit their lifestyle.
Q: How do you feel your role helps connect with and empower female customers?
In my role, I’m able to connect with female customers by really listening to their needs. Whether they’re looking for something cosy for a day at home or stylish boots to wear out, I get to help them find footwear that suits their lifestyle. It’s empowering to see how a comfortable, well-made pair of shoes can boost a woman’s confidence, knowing that she can take on her day with ease while looking great.
Q: Ugg boots are often seen as a symbol of comfort. How do you think comfort plays a role in a woman's confidence?
Comfort plays a huge role in a woman’s confidence because when we feel comfortable, we are able to fully embrace who we are. Ugg boots are the perfect example of this, as they offer not only physical comfort but also emotional ease. When women wear Ugg boots, they don’t have to worry about sore feet or discomfort—they can focus on being themselves and feeling good in their own skin. Comfort allows women to confidently express themselves, knowing they’re wearing something that supports them in every way.
Q: Have you noticed any shifts in consumer trends regarding women’s footwear in recent years?
Yes, absolutely! One of the biggest shifts I’ve seen is the rise of multifunctional footwear. Women are increasingly looking for shoes that can seamlessly transition from casual settings to more formal environments, all without compromising on comfort. Our shoes offer a variety of styles that adapt to this trend, with options that fit effortlessly into both loungewear and casual outings. This versatility allows women to wear them in a wide range of situations, making them the perfect combination of style and function.
Q. What is your favourite style from UGG EXPRESS collection, and what makes it stand out to you?
I’m all about the Classic Uggs in chestnut—they’re my absolute fave! Just slip them on, and they always feel perfect. Whether I’m lounging at home o heading out, they go with everything and make any outfit effortlessly cosy.
