<Competition Terms and Conditions>

1. Promoter:
The promoter of this competition is Ugg Express Pty Ltd, located at Unit 1, 39 Hill Road, Wentworth Point
NSW 2127 Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Period:
The competition opens on 17 September and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 September 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility:
- Open to all customers who have purchased a product from the Ugg Express website.
- Employees of Ugg Express, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

4. How to Enter:
- To enter, participants must write a review about their experience with any Ugg Express product or service.
- Reviews must be honest, original, and respectful.
- Each approved review counts as one entry. Participants may submit unlimited entries during the Competition Period.
- Participants may submit a photo with their review. Each photo grants one extra entry (maximum of two photos per review).
- Submissions must be approved by Ugg Express to be valid.

5. Prizes:

- Total prize pool value: AUD $1,000
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All Ugg Express Gift Cards are valid for use exclusively on the Ugg Express website (https://uggexpress.com.au) and cannot be redeemed at physical retail stores.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
- Draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s office at Unit 1, 39 Hill Road, Wentworth Point
NSW 2127 Australia using a random selection method.
- Winners will be notified by email by 7 October 2025.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

7.  Use of Entries:
By entering, participants grant Ugg Express a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their review and photos for marketing purposes.

8. General Conditions:
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is inappropriate, offensive, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties.
- If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. Governing Law:
