We use either Australia Post and another premium courier for all deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide or $10 (Standard Post)will be charged for orders less than $100.

Please note that if the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.
If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

I am a size 8 women’s in length but I have a wide foot so decided to get a size 9 after trying both sizes in store. These are so comfortable and made really well. The inside wool lining is so breathable and warm that they actually feel better with no socks! They take a little to get used to as they are a bit heavy and clog like but it doesn’t last long. I love them and can’t wait to get more uggs from this brand.
