We use either Australia Post and another premium courier for all deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide or $10 (Standard Post)will be charged for orders less than $100.
Delivery time is typically 3–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia. Please also allow 2–5 business days for order processing. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.
If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

Nice but unfortunately they are way to big for my feet. I used to wear one size bigger with UGGs, nut these are much too large. Since they don’t have sheepskin lining inside, I bought a pair of sheepskin insoles, but unfortunately, they didn’t help at all. I honestly don’t know how I can wear these now because my feet feel like they are floating around in an empty boat. I have to say its size is running too big.
Other than the sizing issue, the style and quality are both great, just as I expected.
