UGG Express Gift Cards can be used online at uggexpress.com.au and in UGG Express stores across Australia.

How will I receive my Gift Card?
Online purchases
Gift Cards purchased online are delivered by email.
In-store purchases
Gift Cards purchased in-store are provided as a physical Gift Card.
If you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase, you will also receive a digital version of your Gift Card by email. A valid email address is required to receive the digital Gift Card.
Digital Gift Cards can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. We recommend adding your digital Gift Card to your mobile wallet for easy access and to help keep your Gift Card details handy.
How do I use my Gift Card?
Online
Enter your Gift Card details at checkout.
In-store
Present your physical or digital Gift Card to our team at checkout.
If your Gift Card balance does not cover the full purchase amount, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
You can also use multiple UGG Express Gift Cards in the same transaction.
How do I check my Gift Card balance?
You can check your available balance and expiry date using our Gift Card Balance Checker.
Can I send my digital Gift Card to someone else?
Yes. Open your Gift Card email and select Send to a Friend.
You can choose from a range of digital card covers designed for different occasions and send the Gift Card to your chosen recipient.
The full remaining balance will be transferred to the new recipient. Partial balance transfers are not available.
Once the transfer is completed, future digital Gift Card communications will be sent to the new recipient.
I haven’t received my digital Gift Card email or entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Please check your Promotions, Spam or Junk folder first.
If you still cannot locate your Gift Card email, or believe an incorrect email address was provided, please contact support@uggexpress.com.au.
To help us identify and verify your Gift Card, we may ask you to provide relevant information such as proof of purchase, email address and/or Gift Card number.
We can only assist with locating, updating or resending a digital Gift Card once the Gift Card has been successfully identified and verified.
Can I add more value to my Gift Card?
Yes. Additional value can be added to an existing Gift Card at a UGG Express store.
Online Gift Card top-ups are not currently available.
Can I get a refund for a Gift Card?
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Purchases made using a Gift Card are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
What happens if I return an item purchased with a Gift Card?
Purchases made using a Gift Card are subject to the UGG Express Returns Policy.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Validity
UGG Express Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the applicable date of issue.
Any unused balance will remain available until it is used or the Gift Card expires.
Your balance and expiry date can be viewed using the Gift Card Balance Checker.
Refunds & Cash Redemption
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Purchases made using a Gift Card are subject to the UGG Express Returns Policy.
Physical Gift Cards
Please treat your physical Gift Card like cash and keep it secure.
Damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen physical Gift Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
UGG Express accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen physical Gift Cards.
Digital Gift Cards
A valid email address is required to receive a digital Gift Card.
Please keep your digital Gift Card details secure. We recommend adding your digital Gift Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient access.
If you cannot locate your digital Gift Card email, UGG Express can only assist where the Gift Card can be successfully identified and verified.
You may be asked to provide relevant information such as proof of purchase, the email address associated with the Gift Card and/or the Gift Card number.
Promotions
Promotional offers involving Gift Cards may be subject to separate promotional terms and conditions.
Changes to These Terms
UGG Express may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page.
